American Flock Association
The American Flock Association is the only trade association dedicated to the fiber-coating industry in North America. Its mission is to provide positive leadership to foster a strong flock industry in North America. AFA members include manufacturers of roll-to-roll fiber-coated coated textiles, papers, and films as well as coaters of 3 dimensional objects and printers of apparel decoration and graphics arts products. Industry suppliers are a key sector of the membership.

Fiber Economics Bureau Inc.
Since 1935, the Fiber Economics Bureau has been the only source of direct statistics on the United States and global manufactured fiber industry and its products. Two publications - Fiber Organon, and Manufactured Fiber Review, present the latest information on industry trends in production, shipments, capacities, stocks, imports-exports with special features. One annual publication, the World Directory of Manufactured Fiber Producers, uniquely provides contact and product information on over 1,500 fiber producers in 72 countries.

International Fiber Journal / T3
International Fiber Journal has been the recognized leader in coverage of the manmade fiber industry worldwide for more than 25 years. Our quarterly supplement T3-Technical Textile Technology was launched in 2002 to focus on trends and developments in the commercialization of performance fibers, fabrics and manufacturing technologies for high-tech technical textiles and engineered nonwoven fabrics.

National Textile Center
The National Textile Center (NTC) is a research consortium of eight universities: Auburn, Clemson, Cornell, Georgia Tech, North Carolina State, Philadelphia, UC-Davis, and UMass-Dartmouth. The institutions share human resources, equipment and facilities to serve the US Fiber/Textile/Fiber Products/Retail Industry Sector. The NTC vision, mission and goals are realized through innovative basic research, education, and links to industrial partners, government agencies, and other universities. Nonwovens Cooperative Research Center
Since 1991, the Nonwovens Cooperative Research Center (NCRC) has served the nonwovens industry through fundamental and applied research in important industry technologies and an active program of technology transfer. Emphasis on nurturing industry-university partnerships has enabled these activities which are overseen by an Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) composed of all member companies. Programs are organized into three categories, core research, non-core research, and technology transfer.

Nonwovens Industry (www.nonwovens-industry.com) is an information product family serving an international audience of manufacturers of nonwovens roll goods, manufacturers of products using nonwovens roll goods, converters/fabricators, distributors, suppliers of chemicals, fibers, equipment, and others allied to the field.
